(KTVI)- Animal shelters across the country report that is harder for them to find forever homes for larger breed, black colored dogs. The Humane Society of Missouri wants to change that. You can adopt an adult black dog from any Humane Society of Missouri location for just $50 during the entire month of November.
Adopters will become members of the HSMO Black Dog Club and receive an official t-shirt. Dogs adopted with this promotion must be at least one year old and weigh more than 35 pounds.
