Experienced Property Manager for Student Housing portfolio. MUST have a proven track record of success in the management of properties specializing in this market. We are looking for a highly motivated, high achieving industry specialist with hands-on experience of YARDI. Must have strong marketing and leasing bias coupled with strong Financial and budgeting skills. The ability to operate in a fast paced environment is essential. Excellent time and people management skills are mandatory. NOTES: US Residents Only. Excellent benefits including Medical, Dental, STD, LTD, Life and 401K Requirements Previous Experience gained within the Student Housing arena. Knowldege of the?local market. Proven track record of successful lease-up to ensure high occupancy reflecting succssful resident retention Management experience Strong Financial and budgeting YARDI
