Medal of Excellence applicants are judged on overall Bryant-branded product sales growth, high-efficiency and indoor air quality equipment sales growth, customer satisfaction and participation in various dealer programs and promotions. They are also scored on a self-assessment. The applicants with the highest overall scores are chosen as regional winners.
Winning the award was a recognition of the hard work the entire Reliable staff does every day.
